David Oakes Shines as Juan Borgia
May/2012

David Oakes aka Juan Borgia has been getting rave revies for his performance in season 2 of The Borgias.

Juan has been missing for episodes 5 and 6 as he left Rome to get married.
Juan returned in episode 7 'The Siege of Forli' The new Juan was calmer but deadlier as he gifted his sister Lucrezia
(Holliday Grainger) with a panther. Juan told his father he was faithful to his wife who is pregnant.
Juan told his father he was sure it was a boy.
He then laid siege on Forli using brutal tactics.
At the end of the episode we see Juan running away leaving his troops
after Ludvico Sforza (Ivan Kaye) came from behind and attacked.

Reviews have nothing but praise for one of our favorite actors.
TV Fanatic said "Juan Borgia was a standout once again" (Episode 7)
Many fans have been commenting on websites saying that the very talented Oakes deserves awards nominations this year.
Showtime Network released their Emmy package and have listed
Oakes for consideration for the Emmy awards as Best Supporting Actor in a Drama.

Oakes brought back a darker nastier Juan for season 2 with excellent reviews.
We feel sure these excellent reviews for David will continue through the rest of the season.

David has played bad so well with his performances in the Thriller Truth or Dare
He was also William Hamleigh in the Starz mini series 'The Pillars of the Earth'.

He has also starred in Henry VIII: MInd of a Tyrant, The TV series Trinity and Walters War.

David will be playing a good guy for a change in World Without End as Bishop Henri which airs in the UK on Channel 4.
World Without End will air in the US on Reelz channel in the Fall of 2012.

Francois Arnaud starring in Copperhead

May/2012

Francois Arnaud (Cesare Borgia) has been cast in the Civil war movie Copperhead.
Arnaud has been cast as Warner Pitts. Arnaud's character is a bluff braggart full of hot air. (so to speak)
The movie is based on a novel written by Harold Frederic.

Copperhead is unlike any other Civil War movie ever made. It is a story of a family ripped apart by war.
The movie is being directed by Ron Maxwell who also directed Gettysberg and Gods and Generals.

Check out more about Copperhead at Copperhead the Movie.
